• ENTITY-branded part/component – 2 years

Reid Bikes Warranty Policy

• Metal frames and forks – Limited Lifetime Warranty
• Carbon frames and forks – 5 years
• Standard manufacturer’s warranty on all suspension forks and Shimano components
• A 1 year warranty on all other non-consumable components

• Paintwork and Decals – 1 Year
• Original Parts – All original parts on the bicycle are warranted for a period of 6 months from the date of purchase, unless otherwise stated by the individual component manufacturer.
• Original parts – In the case of wear and tear parts (bearings), only a 3 months warranty applies, unless otherwise specified by the original manufacturer.
• Suspension – These shall be covered by the stated warranty of their original manufacturers.

Steady Rack Warranty Policy

5 years on materials and workmanship*

*Your Steadyrack Bike Rack will not be covered by this warranty if it is installed in situations where it is exposed directly to the elements including, but not limited to: rain, sunlight, snow and ice. Your Steadyrack Bike Rack will also not be covered by this warranty if it is installed into drywall/gyprock. Please read our installation guide above carefully to ensure you understand where Steadyracks should be installed, and tips on how to safely install on drywall/gyprock whilst upholding warranty.

Steadyrack warrants that the Steadyrack Bike Rack is free from defects in workmanship and materials for a period of five years from the date of retail purchase. Any claim for breach of this warranty must be made on the following conditions:

• The defects have arisen solely from faulty materials or workmanship.
• The Steadyrack Bike Rack must not have been changed, nor tampered with in any way.
• The defects have not arisen as a result of the Steadyrack Bike Rack being installed outdoors in direct contact to weather conditions like sunlight, snow and rain.
• The defects have not arisen as a result of the Steadyrack Bike Rack being installed into drywall/gyprock.
• Failure of the Steadyrack Bike Rack must not be due to misuse, improper installation or other maltreatment, interference or abuse including, but not limited to, use in a manner contrary to our specifications or instructions.
• Steadyrack warranty is voided if racks are used to transport bicycles.

Magped Warranty Policy

1 Year on materials and workmanship. Wear and tear will not be covered.
